03 · The Service Matrix

A unified property lifecycle, engineered for altitude.

Six disciplines, one team, one license. Justin Nau built the crew and the standards — raw earth to seasonal care, every project run by operators who answer to the founder, not a dispatcher.

05 · The Founder
Justin Nau, founder of Hilltop Mountain Services

Justin Nau is on a mission to shape Colorado.

We help you build, protect, and improve your mountain property — new construction, additions, wildfire prep, and the seasonal work that keeps it all standing.

What started as one operator and one machine has grown into a full team of specialists — the Front Range's go-to for excavation, hardscaping, fire mitigation, and site work across multiple territories. Justin still runs every project, but the crew behind him is what makes the scale possible.

Every photograph on this site is work carried out by our own hands. No stock. No stand-ins.
